All orders less than $100 are subject to a $12.99 shipping fee. Orders of $100 or more ship free. We only ship to locations within the contiguous 48 states and the District of Columbia of the United States of America. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.

Most orders ship by UPS Ground or USPS, however we reserve the right to ship by an alternative carrier, including FedEx, or a similar reputable agency. If you have multiple items in your order, they may arrive in separate shipments.

Estimated delivery times are based on transit time only. Standard manufacturer leads times apply and will influence when your orders arrive. The majority of orders ship within 5-7 business days. Requesting keying options will add additional processing time, depending on the manufacturer.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of order placement.

 

SHIPPING AND ORDER CONFIRMATIONS

We will send you an email confirmation immediately after your order is placed. A second email will follow when the order has shipped, and tracking numbers will be provided when available.

After an order has been placed, we cannot alter the ship to address. Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.

 

BACKORDERED ITEMS

If we determine some or all items are out of stock, or backordered, all orders placed on our website are subject to the following process:

  1. We will initially charge our credit card at the point of sale, just as we would for in-stock items.
  2. If we determine that the item(s) are no longer in stock, or backordered, we will notify you by email within 3 business days of your order. We will provide you with all your available options at that time.
  3. If we do not receive a response from you within 3 business days of sending you that email, your order may automatically be cancelled, and refunded in full. If no response is received within 5 business days, your order will be canceled, and refunded in full.

 

PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you see damage to your shipment while the carrier is on site, do not accept the shipment. Take pictures of the damage, take copies of the paperwork from the carrier, and refuse delivery. Then contact us within 48 hours of attempted delivery, at support@coastalhardwarestore.com, attaching copies of your photos and paperwork.

If you see product damage after delivery, collect the carrier’s paperwork and take pictures of the damage. Then contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@coastalhardwarestore.com, attaching copies of your photos and paperwork.
