Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 30 days from date of receipt. Items that are damaged, installed, missing parts, or rendered useless due to improper usage cannot be returned. We must receive all goods in their original unopened package. Special orders or custom-made items are not returnable.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please ensure your items are packaged in a similar way that you received them, so damage does not occur. A credit cannot be issued if the items are not returned in resalable condition.
If you cancel or exchange your order within 24 hours of order placement, you will be credited the full amount. After 24 hours, you will be credited the full amount of goods sold, less a 25% restocking fee. We are unable to refund shipping fees paid by the customer. The same fee will apply if the customer would like to process an exchange for a different item. If we sent you the incorrect item or it was previously damaged at one of our shipping warehouses, you will not be charged a restocking fee and we will pay the shipping.
Orders with more than 5 locks returned may be assessed a re-keying charge.
Please allow up to 1 week from the time we received your items for the credit to post to your original method of payment.
Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted. Please contact us before returning any items.
All clearance items offered at a discount are final sale and cannot be returned.
