We like the Ring Door Knocker but were disappointed that the mounting screws and washer were not sating black. They were bronze.

I ordered a hard-to-find door handle replacement and the product and service was great!! I accidentally ordered twice, called quickly and was immediately assured my ordered would be adjusted and a new invoice sent. All was completed within 5 minutes.
